LEADERSHIP CULTIVATED THROUGH EXPERIENCE
Dee Murray holds a credential as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management and is a member of SHRM – the Society for Human Resource Management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix. Dee has traveled and worked internationally, positioning her to work across global sectors. Notably, Dee designed and built a credentialing department for a publically held medical billing giant and handled large, sweeping strategic change initiative projects and corporate acquisitions within the medical billing industry. As a medical provider advocate, Dee worked directly with the CMS Program Integrity Team to modify and clarify provider enrollment policy and pursued CAQH and commercial payers to effectively lessen the
provider directory reporting burden placed on medical practices. Her posts include EDI and Credentialing manager and HIPAA Compliance Officer for a private medical billing agency, and more recently as practice building and provider enrollment strategies consultant and subject matter expert executive coach.
Dee is also a U.S. Army Veteran having proudly served as an enlisted field medic and operating room specialist. She subsequently served the military in a civilian capacity as a certified American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, receiving a commendation for her significant contribution to modifying the U.S. Army’s drown proofing program.
